A Message From the Founder
."When we share our stories, when we show up for each other, when we use our voices. Healing becomes possible. Community becomes possible. Change becomes possible."
Rock On Alaska was born from that belief. This mobile project is built from personal experiences, extreme losses over ten years.. creativity, and the refusal to stay silent, OR give up. This summer, we’ll travel from town to town, lifting up local voices through storytelling, music, art and advocacy because every community deserves to be heard, and every person deserves to know they’re not alone and they do have options, there is a light at the end of whatever tunnel.
Our long‑term vision is bold: to build a safe haven by 2028, a place where families have the option to find stability, support, and a chance to rebuild their lives with dignity. Families will have the option to heal with their children AND fur-babies.
If my personal story proves anything, it’s that healing is possible, even after the darkest chapters. Together, we will create something that changes lives across Alaska.
We will heal Better together.
Rock on Alaska!
With an open heart..
-Love Katherine E.
